How many out there are frustrated when they call a company and all they get is push this number, push that number, say this thing, over and over and over again. It gets so frustrating you hang up.

I tried calling two places yesterday and it was totally frustrating. I got so frustrated with one company I about gave up. Then I finally figured out how to get around the system and get a live operator but it was tricky. The other company had customer service that was rude and hateful.Also I tried calling College student aid and got the run around. It was such a frustrating day.

I hate calling a company and it takes 30 min. of push this number, push that number, give us your name, phone number, address, etc. all before you can even leave a message. I wish we could go back to where the line was busy and you kept calling until you got someone. However, I ended up on hold with one company even after I got through because they were so busy. A lot of students had to call because of their bills which were not correct. It has gotten to the place that even if you call your doctor's office, you have to push numbers.

I don't like having to refill meds through Wal-Mart and you cannot get someone real to talk to and then they want you to wait a whole day before you can even pick them up.

Then some companies record everything you say so privacy is really not there anymore in a company.

It was a day of one phone call after another yesterday and very very frustrating.

I even had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on one company. This won't be the first time. I couldn't even get through the company's Web site to send a message. You had to register and everything you put in wouldn't take.

Oh, how I would love to go back to calling and getting a live person.
