Bridget Jones's Diary (Collector's Edition)

Bridget Jones's Diary

On DVD:
Tuesday, October 9, 2001
Running Time:
1 Hour, 26 Minutes

Bridget Jones is a single woman struggling to find the right man and her self. However she finds herself with the wrong men and always putting her foot in her mouth. She writes down all her insecurities, emotions, fears, and doubts in her diary. As her hilarious encounters continue she will find herself torn between two guys the good guy and mister wrong.

The collector’s edition still contains the commentary, the making of, and the columns from Bridget’s diary. New features include the Bridget Phenomenon with interviews with the cast, crew, and Helen Fielding, a portrait of a makeup artist, a guide to Britishisms, and deleted scenes. Some of the other features are very weak and just trying to promote their new movie. You have trailers for both the old and new movies, and reviews for Bridget Jones’s Diary. This DVD is missing though the music videos from the first. If you have the original release there really is no rush to replace it; but if you do not own it this is the edition to buy.
