I don’t normally review the actual film but rather the quality of the presentation itself but, my god, was this movie horrid.  It’s confusing, badly acted, horribly executed and, well, just horrendously terrible, one of the worst movies I have seen in a long time.  The attempt at “noir” fails miserably and the movie digs itself so deep into a hole that it couldn’t recover even with the best of writers, actors and directors.  That aside, onto the point of this review.

QUALITY:
As the movie goes, so does the quality.  I was at least expecting a crisp image for a relatively high profile movie.  Why they released this clunker of a movie on BD is beyond me, especially since they didn’t even try to make a decent transfer.  Spotty, grainy and disillusioned, I’ve seen 40 year old movies transferred to VHS better.

BONUS FEATURES:
There are supposed bloopers that couldn’t even be construed as witty, a bad alternate beginning and a cliché alternate ending that would have actually made it more bearable.  The only worthwhile bonus feature is the extended strip dance scene.  But, that is only salvageable to those of you who don’t think that LiLo is a horrible excuse for a sex symbol.

OVERALL:
Just good, old-fashioned, not goodness.  I Know Who Killed Me on blu-ray is just as bad (if not worse) than it was in theatres.  How this movie will sell any copies is beyond me.  Acting – bad.  Direction – bad.  Writing – bad.  Transfer – bad.  Bonus Features – bad.  Did the writer’s go on strike before or after this movie was “written”?
