However The Hooded Claw is constantly after her fortune and is always trying to find ways to get rid of Penelope in order to gain the money. Lucky for Penelope the Ant Hill Mob is around to try and rescue her; but in the end it is often Penelope that is rescuing the Ant Hill Mob.

This is a spin-off Wacky Races so chances are if you enjoyed that you will enjoy this release. All 17 episodes are contained along with commentary on 2 with the voice cast and 2 featurettes taking a look back. There is a reason for the low grade. The first reason is if you have never seen this show it is mind numbingly repetitive. Every single episode is the same with the exception of how The Hooded Claw wants Penelope to die. I know shows like Scooby Doo are as well; but to me this was much, much worse. But I do know there are fans out there and this is an older show from simpler times. So the grade is low for fans too do to what they have done to the release. This show use to feature cliff hangers; but those have been cut away and now each episode ends happily. Also the beginning has been changed slightly. So if you are a fan go in aware of this and it may help some.
