Paramount Pictures has released the final trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2, showcasing Sonic and Knuckles going at it over control of the Chaos Emerald.
The latest trailer features plenty of action as Dr. Robotnik, played by Jim Carrey, has returned following being stranded on a distant planet after the events of the first film. He brings with him Knuckles, voiced by Idris Elba, and a slew of new robots to take down Sonic. While Sonic easily handles Robotnik’s robots in the trailers, Knuckles is a far more formidable adversary.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is out in theaters on April 8.
