Disney has dropped the latest trailer for Ms. Marvel, revealing the newest high school superhero coming to Disney+ on June 8.
16-year-old Kamala Khan, played by Iman Vellani in her acting debut, is your average teenage high schooler who dreams of being a superhero and idolizes Captain Marvel. Unlike most kids with those dreams, hers actually come true when she gains superpowers. Judging by the debut trailer below, Ms. Marvel will have Kamala juggling her normal teenage life with becoming a superhero.
Ms. Marvel also stars Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Matt Lintz, Zenobia Shroff, and Mohan Kapur. Iman Vellani will also reprise her role as Kamala Khan in the upcoming Captain Marvel sequel, The Marvels, set for release in February 2023.
