The Sanderson sisters are back in the teaser trailer for Disney’s upcoming Hocus Pocus 2, marking the witchy return of Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy.
It’s been 29 years since someone lit the Black Flame Candle and resurrected the 17th-century sisters, and they are looking for revenge. Now it is up to three high-school students to stop the ravenous witches from wreaking a new kind of havoc on Salem before dawn on All Hallow’s Eve. The new students tasked with defeating the Sanderson sisters this time around include Whitney Peak as Becca, Lilia Buckingham as Cassie, and Belissa Escobedo as Izzy. In addition, Doug Jones is set to return as Billy, the undead ex-boyfriend of Winifred.
Hocus Pocus 2 is set to premiere on Disney+ on September 30, 2022.
