The Dune: Part Two trailer has arrived and brought with it the dusty sands and spice of Arrakis. In the trailer, we see Paul Atreides getting closer with Chani as he rises to become the leader he was destined to be. Part of his training is to learn how to ride a sandworm as the Fremens do. Check out the official trailer below.
As the title states, Dune: Part Two is the sequel to 2021’s Dune and continues from where the first film left off with Paul’s joining the Fremen as the venture deeper into the planet’s vast deserts. Together, both films cover the story depicted in Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel. The film sees the return of Timothée Chalamet, Zendayam Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem.
The sequel adds Austin Butler as Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen, Baron Vladimir Harkonnen’s nephew and heir to the Harkonnen empire, Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan, the daughter of Emperor Shaddam IV, played by Christopher Walken, and Léa Seydoux as Lady Margot, a Bene Gesserit in service to the Emperor.
Dune: Part Two is directed by Denis Villeneuve and releases in theaters on November 3, 2023.
