While at Dragon Con 2025, I got the honor of getting to ask John Boyega a question. Let me tell you right now, being a journalist can be difficult, especially if you are interviewing someone you are a fan of. Just think about the times you are wanting to ask a favorite celebrity some questions, you might have trouble picking out what you want to talk about. Now just imagine narrowing that down to just 1 question. What was I going to ask John Boyega? Should I ask him about Star Wars? Hmm, not really because what question is left that he hasn’t been asked before? There’s also no point in my asking him about future Star Wars projects because he wouldn’t be able to tell me anything. I could ask about his other rolls, maybe about what got him into acting, what movie does he like, you know, all those questions that once again have been asked. So, what did I go with? Another question that’s been asked but I wanted to hear it from him directly, in person. That question was, as a British actor, what roll would you like to be in, Doctor Who or James Bond. Below is the answer he gave me and I was not expecting him to answer who his favorite Doctor is.
