Adapted from author Turk Pipkin's 1999 novel When Angels Sing, the Christmas-themed film Angels Sing was just released on Blu-Ray this past week. Even though the majority of the stars are known more for their musical careers than they are for their acting, the film is heartfelt and genuine in its presentation. The cover makes Angels Sing look like just another lame cable movie forced upon the viewing masses during the holiday season, but don't let that fool you. Angels Sing is a high-quality family drama suitable for all ages that easily rises above anything on cable.
