Sousuke Sagara is an elite soldier and member of the secretive military operation called Mithril. His current objective is to protect a high school student named Kaname Chidori. It's possible that she is something called a "Whispered," making her a target for terrorist organizations. Sousuke and Kaname better get used to seeing each other because they're going to be spending a lot of time together.

QUALITY:
As far as animation is concerned, the quality looks great. Everything is fluid, and the colors are sharp and vivid. There are even some scenes that are presented in 3D CGI which look great as well. What I don't like about the show is that it is presented in the standard 4:3 aspect ratio rather than widescreen. It's a little disappointing to see black bars on the sides of your screen when watching each episode.

In terms of bonus features, Full Metal Panic! is pretty typical of other animes. There's nothing special here really. Overall though, the Full Metal Panic! blu-ray is great to own if you're a fan of the series. There are a few omissions that make it fantastic but you won't be disappointed by the quality.
