Sony Pictures Updates Film Schedule Through 2016

Sony Pictures has revealed its release schedule for 16 of its upcoming films through 2016 and 2017. Films on the list include two Bad Boy sequels, a Jumanji remake, and another Resident Evil.

Other films are getting updated release dates. Paul Feig's Ghostbusters has been moved forward by one week and will now release on July 15, 2016. The Magnificent Seven has also been moved forward from its original 2017 release date to September 23, 2016. Uncharted, on the other hand, is being pushed back another year to June 30, 2017, most likely due to the frequent dropouts from principle production crew.
