Netflix has officially confirmed that its new breakout series, Stranger Things, will be returning for a second season in 2017.
A new video featuring the familiar title treatment and score has been released, and it gives us possible hints at what's to come in Season 2. Firstly, the video confirms that it will take place roughly one year after the events of the first season saying, "In the Fall of 1984...the adventure continues." We're also given specific words or phrases like "Madmax," "The Secret Cabin," "The Pumpkin Patch," and "The Lost Brother," although their meaning isn't exactly clear. One that stands out is "The Boy Who Came Back to Life" which was one of the newspaper headlines featured in Episode 8 of Season 1. It's also possible that they could be potential episode titles, although their are nine of them in total.Could the second season be getting an extra episode? We'll just have to wait and see!
