To promote breast cancer awareness, as well as honor her Los Angeles fans, Sheryl Crow has teamed up with Nederlander Concerts and Yoplait’s Save Lids to Save Lives program to present a FREE concert at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, CA on Tuesday, November 16. Since June, Crow has been on tour with her latest release 100 Miles From Memphis and in early September, against doctor’s orders, performed at The Greek Theatre after being diagnosed with strep throat and a sinus infection. Although it was a great show at The Greek (the two hour plus set had the audience on their feet and garnered critical praise) Crow did not feel at her best and wants to give her Los Angeles fans a performance when she is at her healthiest.
“I appreciate the great turnout and support for my Greek Theatre show,” says Sheryl Crow, “as you know I was quite ill that evening and not at my best. My fans deserve better so I am playing a special show just for them and to spread awareness about the fight against breast cancer. “
Fans who attended the Sheryl Crow concert at The Greek Theatre on Friday, September 10 will receive priority access to this special performance at The Pantages Theatre. To receive a complimentary ticket, fans must present a ticket stub or proof-of-purchase from the September 10, 2010 show to The Greek Theatre box office by Sunday, October 17. The Greek Theatre box office is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
After October 17, complimentary tickets will be available to those who bring a Yoplait® yogurt lid to The Greek Theatre box office, while supplies last. Each Yoplait® yogurt lid can be exchanged for one ticket (maximum four lids per person).
