Michael Bradford’s album The Long Night is very well done. From the opening song, The Real California, to the last, Got to Hold On. Every song on the album is heartfelt and full of feeling. There’s only one song out of the 13 that I didn’t really like.
Each song has its flow to it but all have a sort of bluesy feel to them. A couple of the songs I thought I heard before but I’m not completely sure. The song Noone but Myself to Blame has part of the chorus from a song with the same name by Joe Sample.
All in all I really enjoyed this album. The recording was very well done and the songs flowed very well together.
