The Lost Boys

Michael (Jason Patric) and Sam (Corey Haim) are brothers having to move to a new town after their parents divorce.  I love this movie, the cheesy script, the bad acting, the horrible effects, it is a perfect 80’s movie. The special edition contains so many extra features. There are numerous deleted scenes, more than I thought possible. There is also a music video, vampires cave featurette, the undead creations, a world of vampires’ history, and a documentary. My favorite feature though is the mulitangle video commentary from the Corey’s and Jamison Newlander. Corey Haim looks horrible and takes it very seriously; but Corey Fieldman jokes around and is very humorous. If you are going to own Lost Boys on DVD, this is the way to go.
