Mia has finally started getting use to the fact that she is the future queen of Genovia and is ready to start learning how from her Grandmother. But there is one more surprise in store for her.  She must get married in order to become queen, and she only has a short amount of time. Now she is in a rush to find a husband and will have to choose between her heart and saving the crown.

While I really enjoyed the first movie this one seems to have lost something. Disney basically has made this movie fluff. A good bit of the sarcastic and adult humor has been removed and replaced with dare I say a pointless singing and dancing act. The movie isn’t bad it has just been made a little more kid like, best suited probably for 5-14 year old girls. Some of the bonus features are a little lacking, the bloopers are not really bloopers as much as people flubbing lines, the deleted scenes aren’t bad but you have to sit through Garry Marshall talking about them, the is a personality quiz, “Breakaway” music video by Kelly Clarkson, a making of hosted by Raven, and commentary.
