Who would have thought Air Bud would spawn so many sequels and spin off’s. One of Disney’s proverbial cash cows now adds Santa Buddies: The Legend of Santa Paws, a heartless straight to video affair that tries to hard to be cute and over does it in the touchy feely category. Even the bonus features came off marketed. Quite a dip after Snow Buddies which had both heart and a sense to stray from redundancy in plot. Both this film and Snow Buddies were written and directed by the same person oddly enough. Even the cost ($24.49@Amazon) doesn't help me find a silver lining.

QUALITY:
Picture has some blurring at the start of the film, maybe having more to do with CGI rendering but that flaw only last a few minutes before the film comes into true high definition clarity. Sound quality is fantastic though the film wasn’t really created for that purpose in mind.

Both bonus features might rouse a laugh or two out of the little ones but after one sitting its more then enough unless you’re a hardcore dog lover.
