Disney has dropped the first trailer for the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series coming to Disney+ on May 25.
The trailer features Ewan McGregor’s Obi-Wan Kenobi 10 years after the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith still on Tatooine watching over a young Luke Skywalker. Meanwhile, the Sith are still looking for any remaining Jedi, including Kenobi. The new trailer gives fans a good look at Inquisitor Reva, played by Moses Ingram, who is hunting Obi-Wan, as well the one in charge, the Grand Inquisitor (Rupert Friend). The trailer ends with the iconic breathing sounds of Darth Vader, a role that Hayden Christensen will be returning to for the series.
Obi-Wan Kenobi also stars Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie.
