Universal Pictures has released the debut trailer for its upcoming horror thriller Abigail, and it’s one you’re going to want to sink your teeth into.
What starts off as a group of criminals joining in on a plot to kidnap the 12-year-old daughter of a wealthy figure, quickly turns into bloodshed when said daughter turns out to be a vampire and the criminals are trapped in a house and being hunted. Now it’s on them to find a way to survive the night or else they will end up being Abigail’s next meal.
Abigail is directed by Ready or Not and Scream VI directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. The film stars Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Alisha Weir, Kathryn Newton, William Catlett, Kevin Durand, Angus Cloud, and Giancarlo Esposito. It will release in theaters on April 19.
