BEGINNING NOTE:
Before I get to the news in comics let me tell you the news happening in Charlotte. This Sunday, January 20, 2013, at the Grady Cole Center, Charlotte, NC there’s a comic convention. It’s called the Charlotte Mini Con, it goes from from 11am-5pm, there’s give aways, costume contests, and lots of guests. Go here to find out more, it will be a fun day.

NEWS HAPPENING IN THE COMIC BOOK WORLD:
Is there anyone else out there picking up the Before Watchmen titles? Have you noticed that they haven’t been coming out? Since November of 2012 the titles of Before Watchmen titles haven’t been coming out. Going on 3 months now that me along with others have been waiting for the titles to come out but the wait has been for nothing. Right now I don’t know when DC will actually ship the next title, I’ve looked it up and not much info pops up about it, mainly all that does is talk about the comic being out in the first place.
Coming out of DC is even more news and news that probably won’t be good for some people. Another cancellation of a title, this time it’s I, Vampire. I don’t read the book but it don’t surprise that it’s being canceled. Not because it’s bad or anything but because DC has being doing cancellations of titles ever since starting the New 52.
And for a little bit of Spider-Man/Doc Ock news, there’s this teaser put out from Marvel. It shows the new Spider-Man/Ock with the word FIRED on it with the Avengers behind them. I’m wondering if Marvel is going to have Spider-Man/Ock be fired from the Avengers because of the extreme measures and just being Doc Ock?
