CSI may be tumbling in the ratings since William Peterson left the show to be replaced by Laurence Fishburn but that doesn't taint the legacy that it holds. Season 1, though aged as it is, still packs a lot of punch. QUALITY: BONUS FEATURES: The bonus features are pretty heavy, completely with the obligatory deleted scenes and features. The gag reel is a surprising additoin to such a heavy and dark show. The picture quality is more than decent, especially for a non-HD filmed show (at least early on). I'm looking forward to further seasons of CSI (especially right around four or five). The show was the first of it's kind, taking the crime procedural to amazing new levels and the freshness of the show still hasn't soured after 9 years. |

Who doesn't love CSI!
Love this show from season 1. When you go back and watch season 1 you will realize how well done this show is. they didn't have as much budget as they do now so some of visual effects are crappy(but I am not big fan of that anyway. it doesn't bother me much.)however, pic looks good sound is great. I don't think you will disappoint by owning this as blu-ray. It is interesting to see all cast members back then. They are so young. I am sure you think you saw all episodes but let's back and see if you remember all. Love this drama and love this show!
