Daft Punk Set For Second Week at No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart

The newly crowned No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, Daft Punk's "Random Access Memories," is aiming for a second week atop the list.

Industry sources suggest that none of yesterday's (May 28) new album releases will pose a threat to topple Daft Punk from the No. 1 throne.

The new Billboard 200 chart's top 10 will be revealed on the morning of Wednesday, June 5.

While it's a bit too early to tell exactly how much Daft Punk's album will sell in its second week, it's sure to move more than the biggest of this week's new releases. Leading the debuting pack will be Alice In Chains' latest, "The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here," with perhaps 60,000 sold by the end of the tracking week on Sunday, June 2.

Next up in the debut parade could be U.K. female pop group Little Mix, which might see its first album, "DNA," shift around 50,000. Also set for an arrival around 50,000 is John Fogerty's all-star collaborations album, "Wrote a Song For Everyone." The set features the veteran rocker covering his own material, joined by the likes of Foo Fighters, Jennifer Hudson, Miranda Lambert and others.
