“Alien Agenda: Project Grey” was first released in 2007 and the director’s cut version was just recently released. The movie is a mix of sci-fi and horror, but does not excel in either genre. I wish I could tell you more about the actual story, but it did not make any sense to me. A group of friends go to a cottage in the woods and odd things start to happen that involve aliens. That’s a short summary of what a majority of the movie is about. They attempt to make it seem more than what it really is, but fail in every aspect.
This movie was a total waste of time and there was nothing positive to mention about it. The video quality was equivalent to 70’s porn flick because it was so grainy and looked so low budget. The characters were not relatable and either could not act or overacted at the most inappropriate times. The special effects were unrealistic and poorly done even for a movie with such a low budget. As if everything else for this movie were not bad enough, they throw in a story that did not make any sense at all and was all over the place. The unnecessary scenes and the predictable ending did not help the movie either.
I suggest you stay as far away from “Alien Agenda: Project Grey” as you possibly can. This movie is by far the worst sci-fi/horror movie I have ever seen in my life. It is move comical or aggravating to watch depending on the audience. There are so many other good movies out there that are more worth your time. For those reasons, I am giving this movie an “F.”
