King Arthur

I was never a big fan of this movie but I am not here to review the movie itself as, if you are looking to buy this regardless of the slightly-more expensive Blu Ray costs, you have already made up your mind about the movie.

Quality:
This is, of course, presented in 1080p because, if any studio ever releases a BR DVD that is NOT 1080p I will be forced to stick it in the microwave.  With that aside, the movie’s transfer to true HD is beautiful.  The battle scenes are ridiculous and the sound is almost completely lostless.

Bonus Features:
The normal BACKSTAGE Disney is here as well as a “roundtable” discussion with some key members.  An alternate ending, photo gallery and trivia track round out the special features.  The quality of these are not great, as expected nor is the quantity.

Overall:
If you like the movie, this is the type to get to truly enjoy the HD experience.  It’s a great movie for action and it blends perfectly into 1080p.  Seemless scenes and amazing audio make for a great movie night.
