'Black Panther' and 'Stranger Things' Lead the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards Nominations

The nominations for the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards have been announced, and Black Panther and Stranger Things lead the categories with 7 and 6 nominations, respectively.

Hosted by Tiffany Haddish, who has been nominated herself for both Best Comedic Performance and Scene Stealer for her role in Girls Trip, the 2018 MTV Movie Awards will air Monday, June 18 at 9pm at the Barker Hanger in Los Angeles, CA. The awards show is being executive produced and directed by Emmy Award-winning producer and director Joel Gallen, who helped in the award show's creation back in 1992. The 2018 ceremony will continue the trend it first began last year of featuring all gender-neutral categories. Voting is now open on MTV.com.
