Bits of Breaking Dawn

J.D. Pardo has been confirmed through Twilight Lexicon for the part of half-vamp, half-human, Nahuel. But what do we know about JD? Fame Crawler gives us five facts:

His full name is Jorge Daniel Pardo
He was born on September 7, 1980 making him 30 years old. And he’s a Virgo
JD was born in Panorama City, California which is in the Los Angeles area.
He has appeared mostly on TV in such shows as The O.C. , CSI: NY, Human Target, 90210, Drive and Hidden Palms. But he is best known for his role as Edward Araujo, Jr./Gwen Amber Rose Araujo in the Lifetime Network Movie entitled A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story.
Before he began acting, he was a model and was represented by the Ford Agency.

MTV talked to Billy Burke about Breaking Dawn. Not surprisingly, he didn’t really give any details. Is it just me or are you ready to hear some more details from the stars? I mean, we know what happens from the book, but the movies always take a different tack. I want to hear about or at least be teased about some surprising new things!

As we get closer to the release date, however, I’m sure we’ll get tons of pictures and details. I am just impatient!

There were a lot of rumors this past week that the Breaking Dawn trailer would be shown during the Oscars. I gave this rumor the side-eye because this isn’t something that was usually done on the Oscars. However, the rumor was something Twilight would be occurring. If you saw the Oscars, you know what it was! This auto-tuned clip was definitely my favorite part of the show.

Every RPattz fan is waiting with baited breath for his Vanity Fair photo shoot. The interview has already been completed. There are more than an couple of previews online to wet the appetite.

In Vanity Fair’s Italian edition, writer Enrica Brocardo, who interviewed Rob at theFour Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles, tips her experience with the vampire heartthrob in a blog post.

Although she has yet to write the story, which will appear in May when the movie debuts, here’s what she had to say about Rob, who is currently filming “Breaking Dawn” with Kristen Stewart and the rest of the cast.

“I don’t know why but every interview with Robert Pattinson starts with a description of his clothes.

“Mine hasn’t been written yet. It will be on the occasion of the release of his post-Twilight new movie ‘Water For Elephants,’ probably in May.

“But I know that when I start working on it, I won’t say anything on the way he’s dressed. I want to do something different.

But I also know that, when it’s about Pattinson, I can’t omit any detail, because millions of women in the world, from the age of 9 upwards, would sacrifice a lot more than a broken nail in order to know the smallest news about him.

“So here’s a detailed summary of his look.

First of all the location: it’s a suite on the second floor of the Four Season Hotel in LA.

Then the time: it’s about half past 3 pm, and although ours is not the fist interview of the day, he looks as if he’s just woken up.

Finally him: as soon as I go in, he pours some coffee. “I need to wake up”, he apologizes.

Actually, he has a sleepy face, but his eyes are incredibly clear. Then he sits and put his feet on the table in front of the armchair.

He wears black jeans, tight enough at the bottom, that gather on his bent knees, baring a piece of skin under the short black socks.

He has a very pale skin, dark and thin hair.

He wears a pair of black Dr Martens’, ça va sans dire, a T-shirt and a vintage jacket.

His hair is shaved on the neck, with a tuft on the forehead. His skin is fair and smooth.

Oh and his lips: I swear they’re the reddest I’ve ever seen in a man…”

MTV’s sneak peak gets more into the actual interview

"Kristen is very focused on being an actress," Pattinson said. "I mean, that's what she is — she's an actress. Whereas I — I just don't really know." Pattinson also admits that he has admired Stewart for a long time. "She's cool. Even before I knew her, I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw 'Into the Wild,' and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is."

He added that all the speculation about their relationship has been "traumatic." "When this is over," Pattinson adds of the "Twilight" series, "the media will lose interest [in the relationship]. There'll be nothing to say. It won't fit into a headline anymore. It won't fit into a template."

Pattinson also had some kind words for currently embattled TV star Charlie Sheen, saying he admired the actor's "little escapades," adding, "I like crazy people who don't give a f---. ... I've just kind of stopped doing everything. I never change the channel in my trailer. I just watch reruns of 'House of Payne' and 'Two and a Half Men.' I love 'Cops' — I think it's my favorite TV show. ... God, I sound like such a loser."

Aside from all the talk about his Hollywood peers, the star also waxed sentimental about his time as Edward Cullen in "Twilight." "I can't really understand it even now," he said of the mania. "It does have an angle which is attached to something quite primal in girls. I guess people want it to define them, like, 'I'm a "Twilight" fan.' ... I think people really just like being part of a crowd. There's something just tremendously exciting about hyping yourself up to that level."
