Trisha Yearwood's Book Tour Dates & TV Appearances

America proves hungry for the hearty down-home recipes in HOME COOKING WITH TRISHA YEARWOOD, by Trisha Yearwood, her mother Gwen and sister Beth. This is the second cookbook by the ladies of the Yearwood clan to debut on the New York Times Bestseller List, with Home Cooking arriving at #2 on the Advice/How To List that features cookbooks, self-help and do-it-yourself books.

On the day of the book's release, Trisha visited Good Morning America, chatted with the ladies of The View and cooked for Fox & Friends. She made her traditional stop to buy her own copy of her new release for good luck - a tradition that has been a part of every Trisha Yearwood album release since her singing career began.

Currently on a book tour of meet & greets through April, Trisha will arrive in Los Angeles to participate in the Los Angeles Times Book Festival on 4/25 and tape an appearance on The Bonnie Hunt Show (air date tba).

She's featured in the May issues of Good Housekeeping, First For Women and Paula Deen Magazine. In June, Trisha can be seen cooking up a storm with Paula Deen on Paula's Best Dishes (6/26) and her first cooking column for PEOPLE Country will appear in their July issue, hitting stands June 18th.

Trisha's first cookbook, GEORGIA COOKING IN AN OKLAHOMA KITCHEN,  landed on the New York Times Bestseller List in 2008 and is now joined by HOME COOKING WITH TRISHA YEARWOOD, which makes its bow on the distinguished list this week.

HOME COOKING WITH TRISHA YEARWOOD's practical recipes, family stories and delicious pictures of hearty fare makes this book a user-friendly compilation that reads like notes from a friend. Written with her mom, Gwen Yearwood, and sister, Beth Yearwood Bernard, this book reaches into Trisha's extended families for their favorites.

Readers will find Southern meals with one-pot dishes, pastas, salads, refreshments, desserts, and more, including: Garth's Breakfast Bowl; Cowboy Lasagna; Cornbread Salad with French Dressing; Vegetable Pie; Spice Cake with Lemon Sauce and Grandma Yearwood's Coconut Cake. It's an indispensable collection of easy recipes, a tribute to Southern hospitality, and an intimate look into good times with Trisha Yearwood.
