'Mad Max: Fury Road' wins big in the 2015 Georgia Film Critics Association Awards

Mad Max: Fury Road was the big winner at the 2015 Georgia Film Cirtics Association (GAFCA) Awards, taking home a total of 4 wins including Best Picture and Best Director for George Miller.

Fury Road's John Seale won for Best Cinematography and Colin Gibson, Shira Hockman, Jacinta Leong won for Best Production Design.

Leonardo DiCaprio won Best Actor for his performance in The Revenant and Brie Larson won Best Actress for her performance in Room. In the Supporting category, Sylvester Stallone won Best Actor for Creed and Alicia Vikander won Best Actress for Ex Machina. Vikander also won the GAFCA Breakthrough Award for 2015. She was featured in a whopping five films this past year including BurntThe Danish GirlEx MachinaThe Man from U.N.C.L.E., and Testament of Youth.

Other winners include Inside Out for Best Animated Film and Best Original Screenplay, Amy for Best Documentary, Son of Saul for Best Foreign Film, and Spotlight for Best Ensemble. The full winners list along with nominees for each category is below:
