This is the best way to watch one of the world's most boring sports. Let's face it, unless you are a baseball maniac who follows a particular team, or is heavily into stats and the machanics of the game, watching baseball is often about as exciting as watching paint dry. Given the 162 games of the regular season, there is just so much baseball and a lot of it is pitching and short spurts of action.

The post season, October Baseball, has a better shot of being exciting. But still, it's often fairly one sided, and the team favored to win ends up winning each series. But every once in a while, you get a series that it interesting. And any World Series that goes to seven games is instantly more exiting, because in that seventh game it is a winner takes all situation. That's what you got with the 2011 World Series between Texas Rangers and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Even so, an exciting series is often made up of a few boring games. Which is why the World Series Film series that Major League Baseball produces are so great. They cut out all the boring parts and put together the season long narrative to show you every moment worth watching on the road to winning.

As real sports movies go these are some of the best. And they package it very well. In addition to the movie that tracks the winners through the entire season, you get a bunch of raw footage clips from the original broad casts showing pivotal moments. And this particular set also gives you the National League Division Series game 5 in its entirety. This is the game where the Cardinals took the title and advanced on to the World Series.

If you like Baseball, you'll love this set. If you don't like Baseball, you still might like the World Series Film.
