John Malkovich stars as the rather unique Buck Howard; a washed up mentalist who is given a second chance at making it big. His story is actually loosely based on the life of The Amazing Kreskin, whose big trick was finding his money at the end of a performance. To this day, no one knows how the magician has been able to pull it off. 

QUALITY:
The brights are bright but unfortunately, the darks could be darker. The audio sounds decently well and doesn't need to be turned up to full blast to hear everything. Even at a low setting, whispers can be heard quite clearly.

I was a little surprised, especially from the HDNet feature, to find that none of the special features are actually in HD. Still, the disc includes a good amount of content and learning about the story behind the film is quite interesting.
