DeNiro and Pacino pair up once again as Detectives working in the tightly wound NYPD trying to track down a killer whose every murder ties them to the crimes.

Some consider Al Pacino and Robert De Niro the best actors alive (I'm looking at you Larry King).  At the risk of hate mail, I don't.  Don't get me wrong, they are OK, but not the greates
