A firing at the office opens up prime office real estate that has Neal, Gibbs and Neal competing for the same space. Neal wants the office to avoid the usual social gatherings at his desk, which usually results in food being dropped on and around him. Gibbs wants the office so he can have someplace to work rather then using super models as desks (calm down, it’s not as exciting as it sounds). Neal on the other hand wants to escape his office mate (Jason Lee; My Name Is Earl) who pushes his raunchy stories on people weather they want to hear them or not. When the boys can’t decide they decide to camp out in the office until only one of them is left.

Tyler meets an attractive woman at the supermarket and decides to date her, even though she’s a mother. It’s Tyler’s first time dating a mother and he considers himself a pioneer amongst the four guys (hence the title). On their first date Tyler heads to her apartment and meets the babysitter (Ben McKenzie; Southland) who turns out is her ex-husband. One thing leads to another and Tyler and the ex hit it off. Will this bode well for Tyler’s chances with the lady of the house.

Okay, so none of this episode is really all that original. Let’s face it, we’ve seen variations of this stuff before, hell, all of the episodes of this show are variations on some comedic skit that’s been done before, but somehow the cast makes it work. I can’t say that Jason Lee was really all that great in his role, he basically played an annoying guy, and he annoyed me, but the Ben McKenzie was hilarious and Cassidy’s story arc was pretty hilarious. The guy knows how to play naïve, in that single guy involved with married people kind of way. Not too bad an episode.
