A spectacular stage was build on the Universal lot in Los Angeles to host the Spike TV Scream Awards on Saturday. The night’s big winner was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, which not only took home the top award, The Ultimate Scream, but the most awards of any nominee, with six.

Daniel Radcliff accepted the award for Ultimate Scream and Best Fantasy Actor through a pre-recorded shoot in New York.
The night’s other big winners included HBO franchises Game of Thrones and True Blood, which each nabbed three awards, as did Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan.
The biggest highlight of the awards show, which taped on Saturday, but will air on Tuesday, October 18, on Spike TV, were the many guest and presenter appearance. Star Wars creator George Lucas made a surprise visit to the stage after Darth Vader won the Ultimate Villain award. Vader wasn’t afraid to drop a small joke about the changes Lucas made to his films for the Blu-ray re-release in September.
Additionally, Anne Hathaway, Gary Oldman and Joseph Gordon-Levitt who will star in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises took to the stage to accept the Most Anticipated Movie Award.
Other stars who appeared include Robert Downey Jr., Nicolas Cage, Quentin Tarantino, Darren Aronofsky, Kate Beckinsale, Bradley Cooper and Colin Farrell.
