The easiest way to talk about Happy Endings is in reference to other shows. Take the off-the-wall, fast-paced humor of Glee.

 Here's hoping that the rest of season 2 of ABC's Happy Endings doesn't suffer the same fate as the opening scene of the first episode, which is painfully desperate for laughs.

Scrubs had eight wonderful seasons filled with laughter and some rather deep storylines for a medical comedy. All of that is behind us now as we venture into the unknown with Season 9.
